Covid Military Operation Challenged in Dutch Court
THE CASE
Following the current hostilities in the Middle East with Iran, and its effects on the oil supply, increasing mentions are being made of a Covid 2.0 suggesting similar measures could be introduced soon which echo those taken in 2020 during Covid 1.0. So it’s an opportune time, to look at a Dutch case currently going through the courts challenging myths about Covid 1.0 and to revisit 2020 and the horrors that were inflicted on people all across the globe.
The case in The Netherlands which was started in July 2023 by seven people, all of whom took the Covid injection and one of whom who has since died, is currently making its way through the Dutch courts. The case hinges on information that was presented to the public at the time of Covid and whether that information was true or false. The six people making the complaint, the plaintiffs, want the evidence for both sides to be presented in a court of law and for the court to decide which version is true and which is false. The defendants, including representatives of government, industry and media who sold the line of ‘safe and effective vaccines’ or the plaintiffs who believed that line, took the injection and suffered serious health consequences as a result.
The defendants include: Mark Rutte, Dutch prime minister at the time; Hugo Mattheus De Jonge, the minister of Health at the time; and Jaap Tamino Van Dissel, the chairman of the Outbreak Management Team (OMT) during Covid. Also included as defendants are Bill Gates, founder and chief funder of GAVI, The Vaccine Alliance and Albert Bourla the CEO of Pfizer. If the court finds that the narrative presented by the defendants to the plaintiffs during Covid was false, the defendants could be legally liable for the injuries they caused and the plaintiffs would be in a strong position to seek damages. The plaintiffs have all been severely damaged by the injection they took as a result of believing the narrative they were sold by the defendants.
The Irish equivalents to Rutte, De Jonge and Van Dissel in this case would be Leo Varadkar as Taoiseach, Stephen Donnelly as minister of Health and Tony Holohan as the Chief Medical Officer. They all played similar roles in Ireland during the same period as their counterparts in The Netherlands. They presented the ‘mainstream narrative’ to the public and were very successful based on the uptake of the injection rollout in Ireland where the majority of people believed them and took the injection. The similarity of the playbook that was used in each country during Covid means similar questions can be asked in Ireland and indeed many other countries of its leaders to those currently being asked in this Dutch case of its Dutch leaders. In Ireland it was Varadkar, Donnelly and Holohan, primarily, who rolled out the mainstream narrative before the public and preached the Gospel of ‘safe and effective vaccines’. ‘The Dutch question’, so to speak, could thus also be asked of these Irish counterparts in an Irish court using the same evidence. Was the narrative they presented to the Irish people a narrative they could be trusted or a dangerous and lethal fabrication? The five expert witnesses in the case reveal from different expert angles the true horror of the lie that was Covid 1.0.
THE CASE & THE EXPERT WITNESSES
On Tuesday the 09th of March, 2026 at a hearing in Leeuwarden the plaintiffs lawyer Peter Stassens presented a summary of the evidence in court. This was a parallel case running alongside the main case but the evidence was the same. It involved an appeal against a decision by an earlier court to refuse permission for the experts in the case to present their evidence in court. Ironically the hearing provided an opportunity to highlight this same evidence in court before cameras. Stassens took full advantage of the opportunity. Below are short video presentations given by each of the five witnesses. Individually powerful, together they are a clarion call to refuse compliance in any way with the prospect of a Covid 2.0.
Professor Francis Boyle, died suddenly, despite being in good health, shortly after agreeing to testify and submitting his affidavit. He was a bioweapons expert who was famous for drafting the current U.S. Statute on the development and use of bioweapons. He testified that the Covid19 injection is a bioweapon developed by DAARPA, which is the research and development wing of the U.S. Department of Defense. It was developed using illegal gain-of-function research on a bat coronavirus in the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill and the Wuhan Institute of Virology in China. The ‘gain’ in ‘gain-of-function’ research referred to, is the increase in lethality and infectiousness in relation to humans that the DAARPA research achieved in their modification of the virus. The lethality they achieved was located in an area of the virus known as the Spike Protein. What the public were led to believe was a new or ‘novel’ coronavirus was, in fact, a DAARPA developed, military grade bioweapon. Boyle died before he could prepare a video testimony. Sasha Latypova worked inside the Pharmaceutical sector and is an expert in the development and deployment of pharmaceutical medicines. Latypova testifies here about the dual-use nature of the mRNA platform used in the mRNA ‘vaccines’. This platform was both a medical and a military device meant to bypass normal protocols for solely pharmaceutical products and any liability was thus removed from pharmaceutical companies for any damage caused by their products. Once the ‘pandemic emergency’ was declared by the WHO a military operation swung into gear deploying a military countermeasure against the population which was presented publicly as a ‘safe and effective vaccine’ against a pathogen. In a classic bait and switch operation, what was sold to the public as a medical product to fight an infection was in reality a military grade bioweapon deployed against humanity and designed to kill and injure any who took it. The military controlled all stages of the operation from the laboratory development of the bioweapon to its deployment into human bodies beginning ion 2021.
Mike Yeadon spent over 30 years in Big Pharma and biotech at one stage the most senior person in Pfizer’s Discovery Research Group which dealt with research and early development of respiratory drugs. His specialty is the safety and toxicity risks of any new medicine. He testifies that there was no pandemic in 2020. Symptoms were deliberately misdiagnosed and misattributed, and accompanied by a campaign of fear. He also details how the treatments given such as the combination of morphine and Midazolam to elderly people, which are respiratory depressants, eventually leads to the death of the elderly person if left alone with just their treatments. He also, and perhaps most shockingly, describes how the mRNA injection through the use of Lipid Nanoparticles (LNP) was designed to bypass the body’s defenses and get into cells to produce an alien protein in the body which the body would, by definition, attack thus leading to a variety of lethal autoimmune diseases depending on how the body took up the injection.
Katherine Watt is a paralegal expert based in the U.S.. She testifies “It is my informed opinion that those who develop, produce, recommend, approve, authorise, procure, stockpile, distribute and use vaccines, including but not limited to the Covid19 vaccines, have committed war crimes under the Geneva Convention and U.S. implementing law, specifically torture, performing biological experiments, mutilation and murder. Their acts have no legitimate medical or protective purpose but have been presented deceitfully as having legitimate medical and protective purposes to cloak their intentional harmfulness from public view, public comprehension and public obstruction.” She testifies how an international legal framework was built up over decades to prepare for the Covid 1.0 attack on the human population and protect the monsters executing it.
Catherine Austin Fitts is a former Undersecretary of State for Housing and Urban Development under the Bush administration and is a senior financial advisor. She says that in 2019 the G7 Central Bankers met in Jackson Hole in Wyoming and accepted a plan proposed by Blackrock called the Great Reset. The Great Reset is about the radical reordering of society along lines of central control inimical to the best interests of the people. She testifies that “Much of the pandemic was essentially designed to implement the Reset using Health Policy as an excuse”. She warns that “When a society allows this much public policy to be created based on other economic and political goals and does so with terrible lies and propaganda and misinformation that’s not a society that can endure.”
THE BIGGER THE LIE, THE MORE IT WILL BE BELIEVED
There is a saying ‘Fool me once shame on you. Fool me twice shame on me.’ There is a case to be made that what happened in 2020/21 was so unprecedented, so global and so profoundly evil that people could be forgiven for falling for it and believing that the authorities couldn’t all be responsible for such a horror. The lie was so big, as the Nazi propagandists knew, people weren’t able to see through it. That case can no longer be made. Listening to the expert testimonies above of reputable people from widely different fields saying the same thing, that we were all lied to about Covid, removes that argument. They’ve done it once and they are about to try it again. They want most of us dead and the survivors completely enslaved in a digital gulag. They succeeded once and many who believed what they were told by the authorities are now dead because they believed. They need us to believe them, to trust them, to comply, to acquiesce. Any compliance with these monsters from this point onwards is a deeply shameful action for which their no longer remains any excuse.
